You know what they say, a job alone will not make you any richer. What you have been from the beginning is what you will most likely be in the future. As sad as it may sound, that is a truth that a lot of individuals that have to face; particularly the broke ones. Now, why I’m speaking as if I know a lot of about this kind of matter? Simple; because I do.
By regularly reading my newsletters, you should be fully aware of the fact that aside from being employed, I also run a business of my own at home. To tell you honestly, it’s never been that easy. In what sense? Well, the best way to show you would be through the elaboration of how my every single day goes.
Enduring the Tight Weekdays
My Mondays to Fridays are all the same in a complicated manner. Just so you know, I have to wake up around 6:00 AM in the morning just to prepare myself to arrive at the office at 7:30 AM which is when my work starts. When 4:30 PM hits the clocks, that’s the time I go home. I have to do that right away and I have to avoid checking out places knowing the fact that I have to start managing my home based business at 5:30 PM. It takes me about a 7 hours a day to fully complete all the tasks required in my own money making venture at home.
Though I earn a couple folds more than what I do with my employment by having a home business, it always seems like there is something missing. Perhaps a thirst that I’ve never been able to quench. That was then I realized that it is my ego seeking for freedom. Why am I saying this? By going way beyond the ideal amount of work hours every day, I am actually depriving myself from other matters that are essential to human beings like me. Since I’ve begun with this kind of our routine, I rarely go out with friends at the bar, movie nights at their homes or generally socializing with people I really feel guilty about it knowing that I am torturing myself by stopping the inner urges that I want to pursue. You know what they say, all work with no play makes Jack a dull boy and to be honest, I think I have become quite a dull person.
How I Deal With My Life
Rather than frustrating myself all the time, I realized that it won’t be of any help at all. There are times that I sleep at 12 midnight, while sometimes, 1 AM or 2 AM regardless of the fact that I need to wake up at 6 or 6:30 in the morning. But hey, it’s something that I chose to do and no one forced me into it. For all I know, I’m working this hard for a good cause; a financially abundant future that I want for myself along with a happy family. So in order to make things a lot easier, I have learned to accept the reality of my life, that I have to deal with a lot of time management. Besides, I have the weekends to rest for longer periods and indulge with entertainment just to keep my sanity within.
