How to Become the Perfect Person

In some alternative reality, in a warped universe; alongside Prince Charming lives a perfect flawless human being.

While there is no way to live in an alternative reality where you become Superman, there are many ways to become happy with yourself. You might argue that you are indeed happy with what you are and your achievements in life this far but you checked this topic for a reason.

In order to secure the state of happiness, you hardly imagined achieving, you must know yourself and understand what bothers you. You might do something that you will continuously regret without knowing the reason behind it. You might get upset from little things and be unable to let go of them. You might even punish yourself for a whole while for forgetting to turn off the light before leaving the house.

Anger:

“Always write angry letters to your enemies. Never mail them.” – James Fallows

There are many forms of anger and unless handled correctly, they could disappoint you with yourself before others. What if your partner does a little mistake or a big one? What if your boss yells at you for absolutely no reason? Who will you take it on?

When you get really angry, blood bumps faster in your veins and your adrenaline increases. A simple method of handling anger is by physical work. Work out for a while until you feel better and avoid company until you feel calm.

At work? Cannot work out at that very moment? Scribble and think of nothing. Play a video game that requires concentration. Meditate. Breathe for a minute slowly with your eyes shut until you can grab a hold of your temper.

Take your time before addressing what got you upset so you would not fall into mistakes that would disappoint you or disappoint others. Never seek out revenge and always forgive.

Forgiveness is a tool to achieve happiness.

Failure:

“Do not fear mistakes. You will know failure. Continue to reach out.” – Benjamin Franklin

Most of people will do not accept failure at first. Never accept your failure. There is no excuse in giving up. Perhaps if you try this time, it will work out.

Some people will mock you for your mistakes and failures, but if you give up; you give them a better reason to make fun of you; you give them a better chance to see you as a failure as well. No matter how long it takes, you will achieve your goal.

Perhaps this method does not work? Try another! Adapt to the circumstances and situations and overcome your fears. Do not think of the outcome; do not think of how people view you. The more you try; the closer you get.

Pessimism:

“A lot of times people look at the negative side of what they feel they can’t do. I always look on the positive side of what I can do.” – Chuck Norris

When you think of yourself, you might see things that you are missing; things that you do not have; things that you aren’t supposed to do. That’s negative!

Always think of the positive side. Never doubt your abilities, but always try to increase them. If you are not the correct choice for this task, then you are for plenty of others. If you always look at the downside of everything, you will never accomplish a single thing in your life.

Many people fall into the “I can’t do it!” trap. Do not fall into that. If someone else did it, then you can. If no one else did it, then try to be the first. Always keep hope alongside. You will regret not trying one day.

Hope is your greatest friend and the star that never fails to shine and keep you on track.

Manage your life, keep yourself on track and never want less than what you deserve, but do not expect more. Keep your hope high, but always have a plan B.

Happiness will always make you feel complete. If you feel happy, you’ll see everything perfect. Perfection is something that every tongue fails to define, so you might as well look at it as a state of mind. It will make you feel ‘perfect.’
